Going forwards we don’t just want to throw people in to the quiz if there are remaining issues so we are going to play week 4 of the quiz tonight for testing purposes.

The scores will be removed from the leaderboards once the quiz has finished and will not count towards the actual season score.

After tonights quiz we will update the app again to allow for new questions including some extra weeks for the LIVE shows as an apology and a thank you for sticking with us through the bugs.

Please note: this app was vigorously tested before leaving our office and for the most it worked fine but with any software there are issues with all kinds of things and developing for them all at once is tricky if not impossible.

So, tonights quiz at 7:30 will be a test only. If you have previously had problems with the quiz then I suggest that you make sure you can play to ensure there are no issues with you when we go live again.

We want you all to enjoy the quiz as much as possible and running with the system as it is would not be the right way to proceed!

We are looking at ways of making this up to you including extending Season 1 by a further two weeks and also providing Season 2 free of charge. Our customers are VERY important to us and we always try to please you all when we can.

Please remember that this is a world’s first application and although tested before release had a big impact and with many users comes many different scenarios as to why bugs would occur. Device, Software, Background Apps, Internet, Notifications, JAILBREAKING and of course using software that SHOULDN’T be used yet such as iOS 5.

If you are having any issues then please do post for help here. We cannot help you if you post on iTunes as a review as we are unable to respond that way.

Unfortunately there is no way that we can create an app that will automatically install the ringtones to your phone as per the Apple SDK so this is the only legit way you can add ringtones to your iPhone from an app.

Step 1: Request your ringtone from the application
Step 2: Check your email for your file and save it to your desktop.
Step 3: Drag the file on your desktop to your ringtones folder within iTunes.

Step 4: Make sure ringtone syncing is set to on in iTunes and do a sync.

Your ringtone is now selectable within settings -> sounds -> ringtones on your iPhone.
