I purchased voice booth. It does not work. I should have read all the reviews that say “it does not work. Don’t buy it”. How do I get my money back?

I’ve just purchased and installed the Pocket Narrator for my Samsung Galaxy Apollo (running Android 2.2 Froyo). I’ve registered, entered my logon & password correctly and it says, “Could not log you in. Please try again!”. I knew the password was correct, but I clicked ‘Resend my password’, entered my details and got a message that it was “unable to resend my password”, yet I received an e-mail instantly with a new password. I tried logging on with this new password but I’m getting the same message again, “Could not log you in. Please try again!”.
Some help/advice would be appreciated.

We will look into this issue and report when a fix is available. It won’t hinder the usage of the app at all for now though!

Thanks Will. It won’t let me into the app at all though as I can’t get past the login screen. It’s just looping back all the time (

Apologies Will, just found out that I CAN access the app and ignore the first ‘register/login’ splash screen as you stated, so it can be used for now despite the login problem.

The app requires 2.2 or higher to run. We are in the middle of creating an alternate version that is able to run on lower versions. Will keep you informed.
